Bike rental
Discover South Limburg by bicycle! Enjoy cycling through the beautiful Limburg hills. You can hire E-bikes, normal bikes, mountain bikes, children's bikes and child seats from us. There are also go-karts available for rent for children! Drop by reception for prices and availability.
Indoor pool
Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, where children can splash around in the water and adults can swim a few laps. There is a separate outdoor paddling pool for the little ones.
Restaurant EuroParcs Poort van Maastricht
The cosy restaurant Bistro Berg is a lovely place for a cup of coffee with real Limburgse Vlaai, a nice drink, a cosy lunch or an extensive dinner. There is a varied menu with fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, pizza and a children's menu. In the early and late season, there are limited opening hours and a modified menu. In high season, reservations are required!
The caves of Valkenburg
Dive underground and explore the many marl caves of Valkenburg. They are connected to each other by means of a kilometre-long corridor system. The corridor system of Valkenburg alone is 250 km long. If you add up all the cave systems in Limburg, the total length is 750 km. Famous caves are the Gemeentegrot with a nuclear shelter and the Fluweelengrotte. Under the guidance of a guide you can make a tour through the caves.
Thermae 2000
Thermae 2000 is one of the biggest wellness centers in The Netherlands on 60.000 m2 wellness surface with thermal indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steams baths, whirlpools and treatments. The pools are filled with thermal water from our own spring at a depth of 388 meters in the Cauberg. The Cauberg is located in ‘Valkenburg aan de Geul’ and offers a breathtaking view during your wellness visit. A visit to the sauna is more than just relaxing.

Mountainbikeroutes
The Limburg 200 routes have two types of mountain bike and gravel routes. The MTB route is 209 km long and a combination of existing MTB routes. You pass beautiful places such as Valkenburg, Brunssum, Heerlen, Margraten and the rest of the Limburg Hill Country. The gravel route is a newly constructed route of 203 km and its start and finish are both at the Shimano Experience Centre in Valkenburg. Curious about the routes and want more information?
