Arrival
Immediately upon arrival, please check that your rental accommodation and inventory are complete and in good condition. Please report any damage, missing items or defects in the inventory, rental accommodation or cleaning to reception within 2 hours of arrival. Items belonging to the inventory, including bed linen and duvets, may not be used outside the rental accommodation. Please also report any damage caused during your stay to reception immediately. You may be held liable for this damage.
Locking the accommodation
To lock your accommodation, first lift the door handle and then turn the door to lock it.
Waste
We kindly request that you collect your waste and take it to the waste disposal area. You can dispose of your residual waste, paper and glass in the designated containers in our recycling centre opposite the swimming pool. The recycling centre is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The exact locations can be found on the park map. Empty batteries can be returned to the supermarket.
Cars
The maximum speed limit in the park is 5 km per hour. One car is allowed per pitch or accommodation. Additional cars must be registered and may only be parked in the general car park. Cars may not be parked on the road, on an empty camping pitch or at your neighbours' pitches. Electric cars may not be charged at the accommodation/camping pitch. Charging stations are available at the park.
Dogs
Your dog is welcome at the park, provided it is kept on a leash. Pets are allowed in some accommodations. You can walk your dog outside the park. You are required to clean up after your dog throughout the entire grounds. You must carry a dog waste bag with you and pick up any waste your dog produces and dispose of it in a plastic bag in the designated waste bin. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the sports field or in the playgrounds. If you would like to use the dog shower (T3), you can borrow the key from reception. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Visitors
Visitors are of course very welcome. However, they must report to reception in advance. The main tenant is responsible for the behaviour of his guests. A fee per person will be charged for both day visitors and guests staying overnight. Day visitors have access to the park between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Visitors can park their cars in the central car park at the entrance, subject to availability. For information and rates, please contact reception.
Barbecue
Do not place your barbecue directly on the grass, on the veranda or on the outdoor table. It is mandatory to place a bucket of water next to the barbecue. Open fires are not permitted.
Nuisance
If you experience any kind of nuisance, please report this to reception or via our emergency number: 088-0708490 (available 24/7).
Traffic rules
The maximum speed limit is 5 km/h. Please follow the traffic signs on the site.
First aid
A fully stocked first aid kit is available at reception.
Rubbish
Please keep your accommodation or camping pitch clean. Rubbish can be disposed of in the designated containers.
Public transport
There is a bus stop directly in front of the campsite entrance. Line 4 runs every half hour to Maastricht and Valkenburg aan de Geul. With a day ticket (+/- €7.10), you can travel all day from 9 a.m. onwards. Children up to 11 years of age travel for free. This day ticket is available on the bus. You can also use the OV-chipkaart (public transport chip card). It is not possible to pay cash on the bus.
Camping
Place your tent or caravan 1.5 metres from the boundary posts and position your camping equipment parallel to the hedge.
Additional tent
You are permitted to pitch an additional tent on your camping pitch, provided it is no larger than 2x3 metres. You are not permitted to pitch an additional tent or party tent next to your accommodation.
Information TV channel
On TV channel 49, you will find various information about the park, tickets and instructions for using the equipment.
Wooden decking
The wooden decking at the accommodation may be slippery when wet. In extreme dry conditions, splinters may also come loose. Please take this into account.
Unwanted guests
Do not leave your valuables unattended and keep them out of sight in your home. Keep windows and doors locked.
Prevention tips for bicycles/e-bikes: use a second lock, secure the bicycle to a frame and front wheel, e.g. a bicycle rack/carrier, attach the lock high up and flexibly, not on the ground, wrap a chain lock around a pole or the bicycle several times, remove the display from the e-bike, remove the battery from the bicycle or use the battery lock.
Sewerage
Please do not flush any objects down the toilet or deposit them in the chemical toilet waste tank. These cause blockages in the sewerage system.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, public areas or catering establishments. The possession, use or sale of drugs is prohibited throughout the site.
Quiet hours
The park must be quiet after 11 p.m. Please also be considerate of your fellow guests during the day: your radio/television and other noise should not be audible outside your own pitch or accommodation. After 11 p.m., you are no longer allowed in the playgrounds or on the sports field. The barriers are closed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Key
Upon arrival, you will receive one key for your chalet. A second key is available upon request. Please inquire at reception for the conditions. If the key is lost or misplaced, a new cylinder will be installed at your expense.
Power supply
The camping pitches are equipped with 10 AMP (2,200 Watt). In your bungalow, you have access to a maximum power of 16 AMP. Extra load from equipment such as a gourmet set or raclette that you bring from home can cause the electricity to fail. We advise you not to use these appliances at the same time as the dishwasher, kettle or (combination) microwave. If the electricity does fail, you can switch the relevant group back on. These switches are located next to the microwave, in a wardrobe or in the boiler room. Unfortunately, it is not permitted to charge your electric car at the accommodation.
Departure procedure for camping pitches
You must vacate your camping pitch by 12 noon on the day of departure. Please leave your camping pitch tidy and clean and dispose of any waste in the appropriate containers at the recycling centre. You are responsible for disposing of any bulky waste yourself. Please check out at reception when leaving the site.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available on the camping pitches and at the park facilities, such as the restaurant. Network: Poort van Maastricht.
In addition, each accommodation has its own Wi-Fi network. The QR code for this can be found in the kitchen in the top right-hand cupboard. In the glamping tents, you will find the code in the bottom right-hand kitchen cupboard. If scanning does not work, the network name and password are listed below the code.
Water usage
Our accommodations have electric boilers. These are set to save water. If the maximum water level has been reached, you will need to wait until the hot water has been replenished.
Party tent
Party tents are only permitted on camping pitches with a maximum size of 3x3 metres.
